焼尻島の花　ツリガネニンジン

島のいたるところに咲き、訪れる旅人の心を癒してくれたツリガネニンジンの花も、秋の足音とともに、そろそろ終わりを迎えようとしています。

風に揺れる小さな花は、まるで野原に咲く鐘のよう。
夏の間、島を訪れる人たちに優しい音色を届けてくれました。

そんなツリガネニンジンを詠んだ、旅人が残してくれた詩があります。

花のベルが野原をかける
やさしい風よ
心あるなら
となりの島まで
そのひびきを
とどけておくれ

花の季節が終わっても、その想いは風に乗って残っていくのでしょう。

焼尻島の夏を彩った花のベル。
その響きが海を越え、となりの天売島まで届いてくれたら素敵ですね。

Flowers of Yagishiri Island – Bellflowers

The Bellflowers that have bloomed all across the island, bringing comfort and joy to travelers, are now beginning to fade as autumn approaches.

Their gentle season is slowly coming to an end.

A traveler once left behind this beautiful poem:

The bells of flowers ring across the fields.

Gentle wind,
if you have a heart,
carry their soft echoes
to the neighboring island.

As the flowers quietly disappear, their song seems to linger in the autumn breeze.

Perhaps the wind will carry it across the sea,
from Yagishiri Island to the neighboring island of Teuri.
